*Mint Simple Syrup: Combine ½ cup turbinado sugar and ¾ cup fresh mint in a heatproof bowl. Add ½ cup boiling water and stir until the sugar dissolves. Steep the mint leaves for 15-minutes.Strain before use.
Directions
Combine all ingredients, excluding club soda, to a cocktail shaker.
Add ice and shake ingredients until cold.
Fill a Collins Glass with crushed ice and strain ingredients into the glass.
Top with club soda and garnish with a fresh watermelon wedge.
