Ingredients
  • 2 oz Sagamore Small Batch Rye Whiskey
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 4 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
  • .25 oz Simple Syrup
  • .25 oz Absinthe (rinse)
  • Lemon Peel for Garnish
Directions
  • Add Sagamore Small Batch Rye Whiskey, bitters, simple syrup, and ice into a mixing glass.
  • Stir until cold.
  • Rinse a chilled rocks glass with absinthe and discard excess.
  • Strain into a rocks glass and rim with a lemon twist.
