A bubbly champagne whiskey cocktail? Yeah, we did it. Just enough fizz to feel fancy; just enough whiskey to bend the rules.

Single Serve & Batchable (Serves 15)

Single Serve

Ingredients
  • 1.5 oz Sagamore Rye
  • 3 oz Sparkling Cava
  • .5 oz Lime Juice
  • .75 oz Spiced Cranberry Syrup
Directions
  • Add Sagamore Rye, lime juice, and spiced cranberry syrup to a champagne flute. Swirl the glass to mix.
  • Tilt glass and gently pour in Cava.
  • Garnish with lime and cranberry.
  • *Spiced Cranberry Syrup: Boil equal parts sugar, water, and cranberries. For every cup of water, add one cinnamon stick and one rosemary sprig. Remove from heat once boiling and let sit overnight, then strain.

Batchable

Ingredients
  • 1 Bottle Sagamore Small Batch Rye Whiskey
  • 48 oz Sparkling Cava
  • 8 oz Lime Juice
  • 12 oz Spiced Cranberry Simple Syrup
  • Cranberries for Garnish
Directions
  • Fill dispenser with ice.
  • Pour in Sagamore Spirit Rye.
  • Squeeze lime juice and top with spiced cranberry simple syrup.
  • Pour into champagne flutes and top with Cava.
  • Garnish with cranberries.
