La elaboración del whisky es un arte probado que requiere paciencia y atención al detalle. Penny's Proof es el viaje que compartimos con Whiskey Thieves y representa nuestro compromiso a largo plazo para revitalizar una gran industria de Maryland. Nos complace presentar nuestra Maryland Grown Series, una línea de whiskies de centeno 100% destilados en Maryland, elaborados íntegramente con cereales locales y envejecidos en barricas de roble cultivado en todo el estado. Esta primera versión tiene 2,5 años y seguirá madurando con el tiempo.

2021 Penny's Proof Release
El final de nuestro primer viaje Penny's Proof. Lanzamos un Rye Whiskey de 4,5 años elaborado en Maryland a partir del primer destilado que pusimos en barricas en abril de 2017, ¡además de nuestro primer Bottled-in-Bond!
Penny's Proof Release 2020
Duplicamos el lanzamiento de un Rye Whiskey de 3,5 años elaborado en Maryland. Aun así, salisteis en masa mientras hacíamos planes a prueba de pandemias. Agotado de nuevo, con recogida en la acera y cola de coches hasta donde alcanzaba la vista.

Nuestro lanzamiento inaugural: 297 botellas de nuestro Rye Whiskey de 2,5 años elaborado en Maryland a disposición de más de 15.000 ladrones de whisky que desafiaron al frío y ¡comenzó la tendencia de ventas masivas!

Club Soda
Orange for garnish
Combine Sagamore Spirit Rye Whiskey and Aperol in a highball glass filled with ice. Top with club soda, garnish with an orange peel and enjoy!

Ingredients:
2 oz Sagamore Spirit Rye Whiskey
4 oz Seltzer Water (Perrier or similar)
Pour Sagamore Spirit Rye Whiskey into a Collins glass. Fill the glass with ice, top with seltzer water and garnish with a lemon twist. Enjoy!
