A classic spirit-forward cocktail that will never go out of style.
- 2 oz Sagamore Spirit Signature Rye Whiskey
- 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
- 4 Dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
- .25 oz simple syrup
- .25 oz Absinthe (rinse)
- Add bitters, simple syrup and Sagamore Signature Rye Whiskey, and ice into your mixing glass.
- Stir until cold.
- Rinse a (chilled) rocks glass with absinth and then discard any excess absinthe.
- Pour and strain mixture from mixing glass into the rocks glass.
- Rim glass with lemon twist and garnish.
