Cocktail Type | Single Serve & Batchable (Serves 15)
A bubbly champagne whiskey cocktail? Yeah, we did it. Just enough fizz to feel fancy; just enough whiskey to bend the rules.

Single Serve


  • 1.5 oz Sagamore Rye
  • 3 oz Sparkling Cava
  • .5 oz Lime Juice
  • .75 oz Spiced Cranberry Syrup


  1. Add Sagamore Rye, lime juice, and spiced cranberry syrup to a champagne flute. Swirl the glass to mix.
  2. Tilt glass and gently pour in Cava.
  3. Garnish with lime and cranberry.
  4. Spiced Cranberry Syrup: Mix equal parts water, sugar, and fresh cranberries in a pot. For every one cup cranberries, add one cinnamon stick and one rosemary sprig. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer for 15 minutes. Chill overnight, and strain.



  • 1 Bottle Sagamore Spirit Rye Whiskey
  • 50 oz Sparkling Cava
  • 8.5 oz Lime Juice
  • 12.5 oz Spiced Cranberry Simple Syrup
  • Garnish with Cranberries


  1. Fill dispenser with ice
  2. Pour in Sagamore Spirit Rye
  3. Squeeze lime juice and top with spiced cranberry simple syrup
  4. Pour into champagne flutes and top with Cava
  5. Garnish with cranberries
